is established in March 2000 in Sofia,
as a subsidiary of UNISOFT S.A. in Greece. The company
is a part of ALTEC Group, one of the most powerful companies
in the sector of information technologies in Greece
and on the Balkans. "Unisoft Bulgaria" specializes
in business software applications for middle-sized and
large companies in the private and public sector.
The multilingual versions of Unisoft products help
the competitiveness in different countries and enable
the flexible management of all business activities.
Unisoft information systems comply with the local
legislation, accounting and taxation standards of each
country they are installed. For a short period of time
"Unisoft Bulgaria" managed to localize a part
of Unisoft products in Bulgarian and according to
Bulgarian accounting and taxation requirements.
All Unisoft package software in the spheres of financial
management and business, as well as its ERP system has
built-in multilingual and multi-currency functionality.
That enables Unisoft to develop quickly IT projects
abroad and to expand its international activity on the
Balkans and other countries.
The goals of the company are directed towards approval

of its activity into the neighbouring countries. However,

Established in 1988 in Greece with
activity directed towards assembling and sale of PCs
(Altec PCs), cash registers, peripherals, telecommunication
equipment, accessories and consumables, as well as service
rendering, including consultations and hardware maintenance.

of Sysware activity constitutes the technical support
package SYSCARE.

ERP, ATLANTIS SE - for smaller companies, CAPITAL R3,
